This letter is in support of realtor Adele Della Santina.  Adele and I (with my wife) recently worked together on two homes.  She represented us on the purchase of our current home in Shingle Springs CA, and shortly thereafter on the sale of our previous home in Belmont CA.

Adele’s guidance, expertise, and leadership with these house transactions were fantastic.   She was always available and communicated effectively through the whole process.  There were many documents to complete/sign and activities required for each home, and Adele managed everything with ease working tirelessly in a fast-paced timely manner.  I do not think she could have been more committed, enthusiastic, or dedicated to our success and happiness during this effort.

I really appreciated her caring and compassionate manner, yet with firm coaching/wise decisions and guidance to keep us making the best decisions through the entire process with each home.

She successfully negotiated a reduced purchase price on the Shingle Springs home, and then successfully negotiated a significantly higher than asking price sale on the Belmont home.  I consider negotiating a key strength for Adele.

While I was completely satisfied with Adele’s representation on our “out-of-area” Shingle Springs purchase and all the associated details, I think her expertise, knowledge, and extensive experience working in the Belmont community/housing market is as good as it gets.  She knows how to set a Belmont home sale price perfectly to maximize the end sale price. Adele wisely guided us with staging and home improvements prior to listing, and then managed the marketing/open house showings with results/interest better than I could have ever imagined.

I wholeheartedly recommend Adele as a realtor, and especially for any needs in the Belmont CA community area.
